Minds behind Dice Book Publishing
I started writing around the age of ten or eleven. I had dysgraphia as a child (fancy name for poor handwriting).
I began physical therapy. Initially, therapy consisted of things like Frisbee, puppets, and coloring. But it soon incorporated short bursts of writing. My physical therapist had me make a craft for my mom. It was a handwritten book that at the end we'd bind together and give as a gift.
I got so into putting my imagination on paper, that when given the choice between a gaming exercise or writing I would always choose to add to my story.
That first book wasn't good, but it was a start. Now I'm finally doing what I dreamed of doing when I was ten. That's pretty cool.
